ROCKSTAR ENERGY HUSQVARNA FACTORY RACING’S THAD DUVALL CLAIMS THE TOP SPOT AT THE GRASSMAN NATIONAL ENDURO
The Grassman National Enduro took place this past weekend in Chandlersville, Ohio. Rain the morning of the race caused the terrain to be extremely slick for the first half of the day. As muddy conditions dried out, the dirt became perfect, and allowed for a tacky race environment.
Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing’s Thad Duvall made his way back to the start line after missing the previous two rounds due to injury. He bolted off the start battling for the top spot through the muddy terrrain. He would finish in second for the first two tests. As the water settled, conditions were near perfect and Duvall would take full advantage of this. Despite very steep waterfalls and ravines, he would ride consistent laps, winning the final four tests of the day, and claiming the overall!
“I’m so glad to be back. Racing my hometown race was motivating and training on and off the bike really paid off. I am feeling like myself and look forward to finishing out the 2018 season strong.” said Thad Duvall.
Husqvarna Motorcycles supported, Rockstar Energy athlete, Tayla Jones continued her win streak in the Women’s Elite class.
