Small description as to why you chose to race the Kenda AMA National Enduro Series: I have always enjoyed racing enduros. My first race was the Twin States Enduro in 1969 on a Honda 100. The current format makes it more enjoyable (no time keeping, just go as fast as you can).

Your favorite race so far: The Alligator in Florida. It was difficult to predict the turns sometimes, but I had a lot of fun. I liked watching Bobbitt ride when he would fly by me.

Favorite moment on the National Enduro Series: This year’s favorite moment so far was the rattlesnake in the trail in Test 5 of the Alligator. Favorite moment in past seasons was winning the 50+B Championship in 2012.

Goals for the Season: I plan to ride the full schedule so it would be cool to win some of them but it’s going to be tough to do. There are some very fast old guys in the 60+ class. I’m also riding the full schedule in GNCC and Full Gas Sprint Enduro this year. I’m currently leading in points in both of those series.

Chris has been running Enduros for a very long time. His first Enduro dates back to 1969. Take a look at some of his photos from long ago.
