It’s been just over 2 weeks since surgery on my knee to repair the torn ACL I sustained just before the Ohio National enduro. What a long 2 weeks it has been trying to stay off my leg. I have seen my surgeon for follow-up and everything looks to be solid and on track for a full recovery. I have started physical therapy to regain strength and mobility in my knee. I am actually much further along physically than with the same operation I underwent on my other knee 3 years ago.
While I am board out of my mind being down right now, I look forward to making the short trip over to the Muddobbers MC national enduro in Indiana in a few weeks to see all my friends over there. It looks like I will have a guest rider filling in for me to test out my 3-time race winning TE300. In the meantime I will be working on getting strong. I will see everyone at the track, be sure to cheer on the #5 Husaberg even though I will be kicking back in the pits letting someone else do the dirty work.
