Fahringer and Lafferty Finish 4th and 5th at Jack Pine Enduro

Moorestown, MI – Husaberg riders Nick Fahringer and Mike Lafferty finished 4th and 5th respectively at the eighth round of the National Enduro Series.

The Jack Pine Enduro proved to be a tough and demanding race for the Husaberg riders who were up to the challenge. Fahringer and Lafferty were battling for a podium position all day just barely missing the 3rd podium spot.

Fahringer put in one of his best showings this season. “I credit my improved racing results this season to graduating college. I have been able to focus on my racing 100% of the time and it has shown in my ability to finally challenge for podium positions.”

Lafferty was disappointed in his 5th place result but said his fitness and speed is as fast as it has ever been. “It is hard to get a result you are not happy with after feeling as good as I did today. I definitely have improved my overall performance this season and I know I belong up front and will continue to work on every aspect of my racing to get back up there in the final two rounds.”

Husaberg fans had a nice surprise at the Jack Pine Enduro when WORCS Factory Husaberg rider Nathan Woods showed up to race his first National Enduro in over two years. “I love racing a variety of different events. I didn’t finish as well as I would have liked today but I had a blast out here in the woods. I definitely would have prepared my bike a bit differently if I had some more time in this type of terrain but overall I had a good time competing here and would love to come back,” stated Woods who finished 12th for the day.
