Kenda’s recommended tire for the NEPG Snowshoe enduro in Grand Junction, Colorado is the Washougal Sticky.
This is a great intermediate surface tire in the sticky compound, it can get traction in loose material and still handle rocks. The alternate tire will be the Triple, this tire is great in intermediate to hard surface conditions. We have feedback of riders mixing the Triple front with the Washougal rear and having great success with this combination. The winner of the 30 B class at this event will win a certificate for a pair of Kenda tires of their choice. The Kenda rider support boxes will be available at the first and second gas truck. The boxes contain a supply of Kenda Tuff-Tubes, bike stand, tools, tire spoons and air compressor. The tubes are on the honor system, just stop by after the race and pay for what you use. The support boxes are for all riders regardless of the brand tires you run. Tim Anderson the trackside vendor for Kenda tires, will have a large selection of Kenda tires, Super Tuff Tubes and Tuff Tubes including the Washougal, Triple and Millville 2 tires. If you have never tried Kenda tires, then this is opportunity to try them at National Enduro only prices. You can reserve your tires at firstname.lastname@example.org or call Tim at (248) 431-7506 before 10 PM EST. Free Kenda t-shirt with every pair of tires while they last. Tire mounting is available on Saturday, bibs are no problem. A limited selection of Kenda youth tires and Tuff-Tubes will also be available.
