Introducing the NEPG/XC Gear Super Test at the Rattlesnake National Enduro

The NEPG Yamaha Rattlesnake National Enduro on July 27th is going to include a new test event, the XC Gear Super Test at 2pm on Saturday July 26th. The Super Test will ONLY be for Pro, Women’s Elite, AA and “A” classes except for A-55+, and will count as the 1st test of 7 total for the event results.

There will be 2 lanes, side by side, on the grass track.  A rider will start in each lane at the same time.  Then there will be an over/under that will move you to the other lane, for a test time combining both lanes.

Our goal is to make the course under 2-minutes, so that we can move everyone through as quickly as possible. A rider will start in each lane, racing side by side in their own lane, racing against the clock like any other test.

If a rider is not able to attend the Super Test on Saturday, you will receive the fastest time in your class plus 20-seconds, if you do not finish the test, you will receive the slowest time in your class.

Riders will be grouped close together as possible by class, which won’t be critical because you are still just racing for time. Pro riders will go last for a grand finale, so everyone can see the stars of the sport battle it out. 

Each lane will have a few logs and other easy obstacles, to spice up the fun. We also plan to broadcast this LIVE on YouTube.

Riders involved in the Super Test will need to register earlier on Saturday prior to regular sign-up.  More details will follow.
